Spicy Bell Pepper Stir Fry

So I've been craving veggies a lot this summer, something about the evil, evil heat in Davis I guess, and this is what I generally do with them if I don't eat them raw.

This was just one green and one red bell pepper, cut in half, core removed, and then cut in slices. But its just stir fry, so really you can use whatever the hell you want, although of course then cooking times differ. For this particular dish, heat sesame oil in the pan, add veggies, and season to taste with soy sauce and hot sauce. I use this one:

Which is a chili oil bean sauce thing, but whatever your preference is fine. I am also a big fan of siracha, but if you don't use a hot sauce with some oil I would either add some extra sesame oil or use a chili oil with the hot sauce. Stir fry until veggies are to desired doneness, for me maybe 5 or 6 minutes and serve over rice =)
